At FLEET CO., all pieces are made to order — thoughtfully produced, not mass-produced. We believe in quality over speed, and we appreciate your patience while we create your garments with care.
Order Processing & Turnaround
Because each item is made to order, please allow 10 business days for production before shipping. This may vary depending on order volume, item complexity, and season.
We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Custom Shop Items
Items from our Custom Shop — including crocheted or handcrafted pieces — require additional time due to their detailed, labor-intensive process. Please allow up to 3–4 weeks for production on these pieces. Each one is made by hand and made for you.
If your order contains both standard and custom items, your full order will ship once all pieces are complete.
Shipping Times
Shipping time is in addition to production time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated transit times once shipped:
U.S. Express: 1–3 business days
U.S. Standard: 3–5 business days
International Express: 3–5 business days
International Standard: 7–28 business days (varies by destination)
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs issues, or lost packages once shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are a flat rate and automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping speed selected.
