At FLEET CO., we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

To start a return, contact us at fleetcompanyofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Custom Shop Items

All Custom Shop and Afterlife items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
